Confirm preparation and limitations
Discuss clutter before arrival so cleaning time is not assumed to include sorting belongings. Identify delicate finishes and any damaged materials. Oven, refrigerator and cabinet interiors are separate quote items; cleaning does not repair permanent discoloration or surface damage.

Common questions
Does deep cleaning include the inside of appliances?
Oven, refrigerator and cabinet interiors require extra time and must be included in the approved quote. Tell Tiffany whether the home will be empty or furnished.
Should I book a deep clean before recurring service?
A detailed first visit may be useful when buildup would take more time than a maintenance visit allows. Tiffany reviews the current condition and quotes that initial scope separately when needed.
What should I prepare before the visit?
Share photos and priorities, arrange entry and parking, secure pets as agreed, and discuss clutter or delicate surfaces before the appointment. Organization work should be requested in the quote.

What about move-out cleaning?
A vacant home needs its own move-in or move-out checklist. Send any landlord requirements, the move date and whether utilities will remain on. Deposit returns and inspection results are not guaranteed.
