Recurring clients can share priorities, pets, floor types, preferred products, rooms to skip, delicate surfaces and entry instructions. We document approved preferences so visits can stay consistent. You may request a familiar cleaner or team; availability varies with staffing and schedules.
First-Clean Reset
A more detailed first visit may be recommended to address existing buildup before routine service begins. Tiffany will quote that initial scope separately if needed.
Tiff’s Signature Home Care
For larger or higher-maintenance homes, ask about a tailored recurring plan. Linen changes, rotating appliance detail, guest preparation and seasonal detail work can be discussed and added to an approved scope when available.
Keep the checklist useful between visits
A weekly visit to a busy Summerwood family home and a monthly visit to a lightly used Houston apartment may need different time and priorities. Tell Tiffany what changes between appointments: guests, pets, seasonal use or rooms that need extra attention. Changes to the scope and extras are agreed before the visit.

What about move-out cleaning?
A vacant home needs its own move-in or move-out checklist. Send any landlord requirements, the move date and whether utilities will remain on. Deposit returns and inspection results are not guaranteed.
How do I choose for my Houston home?
