TIFF’S CUSTOM HOME CLEANERS · HOUSTON
What’s Included in Your House Cleaning?
A house cleaning plan should reflect your rooms, surfaces, household and priorities. Tell Tiffany what matters most, then choose a one-time reset or a recurring rhythm.
The everyday essentials
Most household plans focus on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, dusting and floors. We confirm the rooms, condition, access and requested extras before scheduling.
- Kitchen counters, sinks and appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms, mirrors and fixtures
- Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
- High-priority rooms and special instructions
Make it your own
Mention pets, delicate surfaces, product preferences, rooms to skip and any extra attention needed. Your approved scope governs what happens at each visit.
Included tasks and separately planned extras
Your approved estimate identifies rooms and tasks rather than promising the same result at every property. Appliance and cabinet interiors, interior windows, linen changes and organization need extra time and should be requested before the visit.
- List surfaces requiring a particular product or method
- Point out clutter or buildup that affects access
- Choose the rooms to prioritize if the visit has a time limit

CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT
Deep cleaning or recurring house cleaning?
The current condition matters more than the name of the package. A first visit may need extra detail before a regular maintenance schedule makes sense.
| Your needs | Deep cleaning | Recurring cleaning |
|---|---|---|
| Best starting point | Existing buildup, missed details or a longer gap between thorough cleans. | Ongoing upkeep after the home reaches a manageable baseline. |
| Where time goes | Detailed work on agreed kitchen, bathroom, trim and reachable surfaces. | Agreed kitchens, bathrooms, dusting and floors on a regular rhythm. |
| Frequency | A one-time reset or occasional detailed visit as needed. | Weekly, biweekly or monthly, subject to route availability. |
| Extra tasks | Appliance and cabinet interiors require approval in the quote. | Detail tasks can be discussed as scheduled add-ons. |
What about move-out cleaning?
A vacant home needs its own move-in or move-out checklist. Send any landlord requirements, the move date and whether utilities will remain on. Deposit returns and inspection results are not guaranteed.
How do I choose for my Houston home?
Share the square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, current buildup, pets and floor types. In apartments and condos, include parking, elevator and building access. For larger homes, identify guest rooms or low-use spaces that need a different schedule.
